What happened
to Color.io.

Color.io’s online service closed on 31 December 2025, as reported by CineD. Existing legacy offline copies, where someone already has one, are a separate Pro-era edition without future updates. Cloud projects were not promised a path into PresetCan.

Use this page when the question is what closed. The home page stays the short Color.io alternative answer. Neither page is written by Color.io, and PresetCan is not a successor company.

If a photograph is what you still have, open it in PresetCan and rebuild a film-inspired look there. If the job is video or a LUT for another editor, this shutdown note will not pretend PresetCan covers it.
